Shipping Policy

We use USPS to ship our items. 

Customer should allow 2-3 business days for production of custom items, since these custom items take time to design and produce.

Shipping can take 3-5 business days depending on customer location.

If customer order is returned back to our facility due to submitting incorrect shipment details, (such as incorrect zip code, St., Ln., Ave., suite number or any important missing or misspelled information) customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

We are NOT responsible for orders that have been verified to be delivered, by USPS, at the destinations mailbox provided by the customer yet claimed to be “lost or stolen”. Its highly recommended that customer goes to their local USPS for more information about their package. We provide a tracking number with every order that we process to help the customer track their package.
